Spring Technology Help

Spring semester has arrived and Technology Services is here to help you get off to a great start. We have staff available to assist you from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.*, Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. on Friday. During the lay low period (and beyond) we strongly recommend you first try our remote support options. We have many ways to resolve your technology issues without the need for you to visit Olin Hall.

Supplemental technology requests are still being taken. If your learning or working situation necessitates a MiFi, headset, webcam, or other device, please let us know by completing the following form: https://gustavus.edu/techrequest. Thanks to generous support from the Student Senate, students may now also use this form to request a laptop as part of the expanded loaner laptop program.

As a reminder, the Virtual Lab is always available should you need to access Adobe Creative Cloud, SPSS, or other applications that you don’t have on your personal computer. Learn more on the GTS website: https://gustavus.edu/gts/Virtual_Lab
