The Technology Helpline is the help desk that supports the entire Gustavus campus community with its computer needs. The Helpline is composed of 49 work-study students and 3 full-time college employees.
So far this fall the Technology Helpline has resolved over 2,500 cases. This number is very similar to last year. The difference this fall has been the unresolved queue that the helpline manages. The number of cases waiting in the queue is lower this year, than any previous years. Cases are being resolved faster than in previous years.
Kudos to the Technology Helpline student employees.
