There were more than 180 responses to the inaugural GTS Annual User Satisfaction Survey (GAUSS)! Thank you for all the helpful feedback. The full results (minus specific comments) have been posted online. We will be reopening this survey each year during May and June. Our hope is to use the data and comments to inform future priorities and long-term decision-making. Please don’t wait until next May to let us know how we are doing.
