The College’s institutional Zoom licensing agreement is set to expire at the end of June. Based on survey results and feedback received earlier this year, along with recommendations from the Academic Technology Committee (ATC) and Technology Services, there are no plans to renew this agreement. While Technology Services will no longer be able to offer any Zoom support, we will continue to provide Google Meet as an alternative. To help with this transition, a number of Google Meet training opportunities will be available this summer and fall. If your teaching/learning/work or other activities depend on a virtual conferencing environment, we encourage you to take advantage of these informative sessions and the extensive resources that are available online.
Google Meet Basic Training (open to all employees)

- Thursday, August 4, 2022, 1-2 p.m.

Advanced Google Meet Training (open to all employees)

- Thursday, August 11, 2022, 1-2 p.m.
- Tuesday, August 30, 2022, 11 a.m. to Noon
