This past fall, Technology Services transitioned to a new IT service management system called TeamDynamix. TeamDynamix is an industry leader in IT service management, and it is a popular product in higher education. TeamDynamix is designed to improve IT response rates, tracking, and ticket management.
You may have already noticed that replies from the Technology Helpline had a new look. We’ve also been busy setting up the back end of this tool, and we are now ready to unveil a new and improved support site for spring. We hope to make it easier than ever for you to get the help you need. The new site includes a robust knowledge base that can be searched for quick self-service support, as well as a full service catalog where you can request help with specific needs. Be sure to log in to see all of the available content, including a full list of your current and past tickets.
