Zoom Recordings and Support Posted on December 15th, 2020 by

As a reminder, starting Wednesday, December 16, Zoom recordings will be subject to a 60-day deletion timer. Video recordings more than 60 days old will automatically be removed, while more recent videos will be displayed with a countdown that indicates when they will be deleted. Videos that have been removed can be retrieved for 30 days, but we are taking the extra step of backing up your recordings to a folder called “ZoomCloudRecordings” in your Gustavus Google Drive. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about this impending change.

With today representing the last day of finals, we also want to remind you that our support team is available to provide remote assistance during our normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Starting today, we will be limiting walk-in service and requiring that you schedule an appointment prior to your visit. Our office will be closed Wednesday, December 23 and will reopen January 4.
