IMAP Support to End

On the morning of March 4, IMAP will be deactivated for all College email accounts. This change will render all third-party email applications inoperable, including Thunderbird, Outlook, Mac Mail, and iOS Mail.

Any attempt to use an unsupported third-party email application on or after this date will result in password error messages. Signing in again or resetting your password will not fix this issue, as it is a result of IMAP no longer being a valid option.

After the change has been made, only the official Google web application and Gmail app will function. To continue receiving your email on your devices, you must use the browser-based client, or download the Gmail app.
