Personnel Changes?

Greetings!

It’s that time again. Summer is here and there are many personnel changes at Gustavus.

If your department is undergoing any personnel changes or office moves, we would ask that you could send any information to helpline@gustavus.edu as soon as possible to make sure everything is ready, technology-wise, for your new faculty members. If you are unsure of the dates/names/location, please still let us know. We can communicate this summer further when you know more.  Many thanks to those have already contacted us.

Also, if the administrative assistant will only be here sparingly during the summer, please indicate that information as well, so we can better communicate with them to coordinate these changes. As always, if you have other questions, please let the Technology Helpline know.

In your email, please be sure to include:

Retirement/Leaving
Who is leaving.
What office they were in.
The date they will be officially out of the office

Who the new person is.
What office they will be in.
When they will arrive.

Office Moves
Name and which office they will take.
The dates in which the move can take place
