Mozilla released Firefox 2 yesterday, which is a huge update to the increasingly popular web browser. Firefox 2 has a ton of new features and bug fixes to offer, including inline spell checking and identity theft protection. Those two features alone make it worth a download for me.

Once you get settled into the new browser, head on over to check out Mozilla’s list of recommended extensions for Firefox. Some of my favorites on the list are Delicious Bookmarks and Web Developer, but cruise the list for whatever appeals most to you.

If you are currently a Firefox user or haven’t tried it out yet, give Firefox 2 a try. It will probably revolutionize the way you use the web.
