The banners similar to the one on the Gustavus homepage now have the feature of being displayed randomly, while allowing certain ones to be displayed in order. For example, if there is a promotional banner that needs to be first, it will always appear first. All of the other banners will be randomly displayed after the ordered ones.
This has been created to allow banners that usually don’t get seen to be “accidentally” seen, which allows for more banners to be on a page without fear of them never being seen.

Is this still happening? I guess I never saw this.
It is still happening. However, if you aren’t logged in, you might be getting a cached version of the page from the server and the order won’t be re-done until the page is re-cached.
