Mailserver Issues

At about 12:15am Tuesday morning, our email server stopped allowing people to access their inboxes.  At about 12:50am I rebooted it, woof.gac.edu, and restored access to email inboxes.  The real cause of the problem is still unknown. Thunderbird 1.5.0.2
