We are currently experiencing short intermittent internet outages today. Our ISP (HickoryTech) is investigating the issue. We have noticed at least five 10 minute or so outages so far today.

Hickorytech sucks ass. We Pay $50 for a 2mbps connection and we barely get over 100kbps The T1 lines that Alpha Omega publications in Rock Rapids use are about the same as a low end broadband connection. Now we need internet and they have no way to supply it when it’s needed because those cheepskates don’t have a backup system in place
