Your smartphone may serve adequately as a wireless hotspot, or possibly you’d qualify for free Internet from a nearby cable company, or local government. Your area school district may also have useful information and resources that could help you. In many cases you don’t need to be an existing customer in order to qualify for free access and some companies have opened their WiFi to all.
